Samantha Noel: Q: So brief us up on who Miss Mykie is. Of course you're a member of the Phirst and Phinest, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., Alpha Chapter and you rep my second home Houston, Texas. Let our readers know what role you play in the music game right now.
Miss Mykie: A: Of course you know I represent my sorority AKA to the fullest, but I am an urban, R&B, pop recording artist who is currently signed to Keys and Ink, which is a multi platinum production and songwriting company based out of Houtson, TX.
Q: Three volumes and thousands of fans later, when did you realize that That Pink That Green was bigger than just another mixtape?
A: My focus is making good music. I dont count my fans, I just try to make records that I think people will enjoy.
Q: Ok so you are an amazing singer, BUT it doesn't stop there. TPTG3 showcased a different side of Miss Mykie. How have your fans and supporters responded to your sound? I love that you can sang and rap, it's like a soulful edge. Few artist can pull that off.
A: I definitely do have a different sound. I love to play with my voice on different records. I am known from switching my voice from soft and seductive to "hard core Mykie" lol. It's funny because I was recently at a video shoot and a girl came up to me and said "Wow, you do not look the way you sound on records." I laughed because she is absolutely right in some sense. Here I am this cute and innocent looking girl who does NOT look like she would curse or be as vocal on tracks as I am. I love that element of surprise. It is so cliche to say, but It's almost like an alter-ego. My fans and supporters love Miss Mykie for being fearless on tracks.
Q: Miss Mykie, you are certainly not new to the music game, but I know every time I look up on YouTube or Twitter, you are throwing something new at your fans. What's next for Miss Mykie?
A: Well we are still pushing all three volumes of That Pink That Green. You can download the series for free off of my website www.missmykie.com My newest video to my song "Burn It Up" ft. Paul Wall, Kirko Bnagz, and Papa Reu will be dropping online in the next two weeks. Our main focus right now is "Love Repair" whcih is my speacial edition Valentines Day EP, droppping February 14th.
Q: Alright so February 14th it goes down! "Love Repair" [EP] - Special Valentines Day Edition releases. What can we look forward to on this project?
A: We pretty much wanted to give my fans something new with "Love Repair." The entire CD is like a story. The overall theme is about love and relationships. I don't know anybody who has not been in and out of love, so I know this is something everybody will be able to identify with. I am not bringing out my alter ego on the CD lol. Its the sweeter side of Miss Mykie. The CD is a reflection of my life's dealing with this thing called love.
Q: Now, watching your YouTube Channel MykieTV, you stressed the importance of just wanting people to enjoy your music. Unlike many artist, you are giving your fans a choice. Fans can either purchase or download a free copy of "Love Repair." Are you a secret genius , or do you really want to just get your music in as many speakers as possible?
A: Lol! Well honestly, to answer your question YES the most important thing is to get my music in as many speakers as possible. However, of course it's always great to sell records.
Q: What footprint do you want to make in the industry?
A: I'm tryna make that "King Kong" footprint! But I wear a size 6 1/2 so we are working on getting there:) Everything is a process. This music game is about timing, so I am preparing and staying ready. I'm continuously dropping great music and viral videos in the meantime.
Q: What are some short and long term goals for Miss Mykie this year?
A: WIN, WIN, WIN.... then, now, and forever.
Q: On MykieTV you hit 6 labels in 2 days. Any new updates on finding a label?
A: My team is working towards the best situation for me, but right now we are doing a lot prior to a major label so we're not in any rush.

Okay so with that being said, Raz B has yet again found another way to ease on through to another Trending Topic on Twitter and social networks across the web. The singer has now decided that Twitter was an opportune place for him to finally confess his undying love for Chris Brown's ex girlfriend, singer Rihanna. Fans urged Raz B that Twitter might not be the place for his Match.com tweets, but he proceeded to dedicate songs and sweet nothings to her that took over his followers' timelines.
