Were African Americans promised 40 acres, a mule & HEALTH CARE?

The recent signing of the Health Care Reform bill has raised questions about the bills true motive.

There are even allegations that President Obama is using the bill as a backdoor to give African-Americans reparations.

Many may disagree with these allegations since the President has publicly opposed the concept of African-American reparations.

An article written in Invetors.com seems to suggest that Obama has masterminded the HCR bill as an extended apology from the government to African-Americans.

What was thought to aid the nation's health, has in turn caused yet another racial stir within Obama's presidency.
